Today I spent the day roaming the pipeline. You park your car and almost magically as the concrete ends, verdant greenery seems to appear. It starts slow and silent, creeping up on you as it crawls through fissures in the wooden plank and concrete. The descent farther down leads to a bridge running over a modest brook, and then the pipeline - a large monolith whose breadth is far greater than what your eyes can imagine.
Walking along said pipeline in six inch heels was another story, although I cannot quite leave the house with them. I picked up a few essentials lately, namely these lace/crochet crop tops from Anthropologie and a slew of high-waisted button up shorts from Delia's. They fit exceptionally well and manage to flatter my legs as well as my hips, clinging in a comfortable manner that doesn't suffocate you throughout the day.
My favorite portion of this shoot, however, is the Widow hooded scarf. It is easily one of my favorite accessories. A bit on the pricey side, but the quality and the design is entirely worth it if you're into that sort of style.
