I love Chris Burden's Urban Lights (the installation at the LACMA entrance on Wilshire). I don't know, but to me it represents a future that's bright and dreams that are standing tall.
They say it's easy to lose yourself in a city like L.A. There's even a song that goes, "Remember Hollywood's not America." Luckily I have a place to run to to borrow some optimism and regain composure.
