I noticed that McQueen's F2009 men's show had the models in red under eye makeup (which is one of my regulars in the eyemakeup rotation) and thought I might bring some of the look into what I wore to work today. The key seemed to be fit, fingerless gloves and collarless shirts. This is as close an approximation as I could throw together at 5:30am. Not as trim, but I'm only recently getting back into fitted clothes.
