Matilda, 18, Sweden
A green eyed child of nature, and
a lone wolf. A soulful kind of fellow.
Icelandic horses are my life.
I’m a person of many different talents and interests. I’ve chosen to dedicate my insignificant time on earth to care about what I love the most: horses. Icelandic ones. Horses are the most wonderful creature there is, and I have never had more honest and loving friendships, than I have had with a horse. Everything they are, is so natural and raw, and straight from the heart.
I also have other interests; pagan beliefs, seeing things grow, art in many different forms. For me, perfection is having a simple book in your arms, sitting under a tree in the late day sunlight. I like books better than people. I also find time to knit, to draw and tend to my other aesthetic needs. I wish to one day write and illustrate my own books, or becoming a concept artist for films.
I have a thing for body modifications; stretching, scarring, tattoos and so on. I’m currently on a mission of stretching my lower lip. And as far I’ve got one tattoo, which you find photos of in “my entries” section.
I am a vegan, philosophic, quite bitter, tea-drinker, standing firmly with my bare feet, deep in the mud. Still growing and trying to live my life my own way.
My life took a wistful turn approximately a year ago. We learned my mother had cancer. It has only gotten worse from then, and has now spread to her brain. She is eating medication that will last for a while, but the doctors don’t know for how long. For her sake, I’m trying to cope, and I’m doing my best to help her in any way I can.
