Really good photography in general will help. Good lighting, clear images, and a shallow depth of field help (shots with bokeh are especially popular). If you don't have a good camera, pick a cool mural or wall – those are quite popular too :) Welcome to Lookbook! x

"Bokeh" is a Japanese technique that uses light to its advantage. If you have a really wide aperture and shallow depth of field, light in the background will make little blurred circles, which is a very attractive component of a photograph. Look up "bokeh" on Google images and you'll see what I mean :)
