What to wear with BLACK LACE BIKE SHORTS!?

Today I bought a pair of black lace bike shorts from New Look, £5 in the sale.
I loveee them, but the thing is, I don't have a flamin clue what to wear with them does anyone have an ideas / pictures that think will look cute?
( I am quite small around 5"3 and skinny )

You can wear them
- under cutoff shorts
- under a really short dress
- peeking out beneath a skirt
