any other veggies out there? :D
I am!I can't even stand the smell of meat anymore. Since I've gone vegetarian (5 years or so now, I think), I have felt way less sluggish.

Yes another one here haha, habe been for 10 years now.Dont you hate it when people dont understand?
I am! I love the taste of meat (especially chicken), but don't like the idea of eating it....so I eat fake meat instead. Same taste without the whole dead animal thing.
BRITISH COLUMBIA ,
Yes, I am. I hate how people always ask, "But what do you EAT?" They generally assume that because I don't eat meat, I don't eat anything. It is very annoying.
I am! :) Vegan for a year and a halfish I think. :D
FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
I am! I'm too ethical for my own good; meat tastes lovely, but I'd rather not kill the po' wittle animals. If I have the ability to live a perfectly healthy life, and not have to kill things to do so, why would I? :D
I was vegetarian for 3 years.until 6 months ago, now i eat chicken and fish, there was no way I could compete at the level I wanted to with a vegetarian diet and that is what is more important to me now, I could gain muscles fine, recover and all of that fine, but it still was not working for me. When I am not training as hard I will go back to not eating any meat again.
Oh myy god yeahh,or they say you eat' rabbit food' or 'you cant live with out meat, you're unhealthy'
Yeah!! I've gotten this exact comment before, "Being a vegetarian is just your own little way of being anorexic." I saw red. I pride myself in eating in a way that is healthy and consciencious, and it hurts when people just assume the worst. I don't judge people for eating meat, so why do they judge me? Infuriating!
the unhealthy thing always bugged me.I was squatting 455 pounds, benching 315, and deadlifting 575 when I was a vegetarian. and they try to say that you can't have muscles or youll get skinny and unhealthy, that is bs.Ox don't eat any meat either.
THE SUNNIEST PLACE ON EARTH,
vegan! now here is the question, do you all wear real leather and suede even though you don't eat animals?
YEP YEP veggie here.i dont like meat it tastes yuck, and i'm worried if i start eating it again i will get fat again because i was fat before i gave it up. eurgh.
July 4, 2009
lol lean meats are some of the best thing you can eat for a lean body! you won't get fat, that is unless by meat you mean big macs!
Nope dont wear real leather, suede or fur.lol
I know, i manage to do 4 different types of dancing,i eat fine and feel fine, nothing unhealthy about it.
I'll wear leather or suede, but not fur.
I have a few suede things, I think. But most of my stuff is cotton. Not that I claim to be vegan though. I don't think I could manage without my milk and eggs. :P
I've been a vegetarian for maybe 5 months, its been fine. I sometimes miss the taste of carnage, the next time I eat the flesh of an animal it will be one I hunted myself.
Haha… I'm an ex-"veggie". I used to be one when I was like nine. One day, my dad randomly said, "Jasmine, I want you to start eating more vegetables" - and then, all of a sudden, he just stopped buying meat and he got my mom involved too. I hated it. I hate Morning Star. It's instilled some good habits in me, though. I only eat fish or chicken and now I absolutely love vegetables. I was thinking about becoming a vegetarian again - but, I lack discipline.
I'd like to be, but I love meat so much. ):

Ruby - R.
I used to be, and because my brother still is, I generally eat non-meat meals, but I got fairly ill and my doctor preferred me to eat a little meat every week for a while. Honestly, it was stupid to not eat meat and not supply myself with supplements for nutrients I was lacking in (though I always ate vegetables, legumes, pulses, ect. in abundance, it’s not enough) from the age of like, 13 to 17, while I was/am still growing, once that’s all over and done with, I’ll go back to not eating meat and possibly cutting out animals products all together.I still don’t wear real leather, suede or fur.
i'm not a vegetarian. i think each to their own, but it does strike me as strange when people choose not to eat meat. its natural for us to eat animals, its how the food chain works. fair enough if you dont eat animals raised or killed in an inhumane way, but i think that eating meat is fine.
I'm a vegetarian. I don't care if others eat meat. What bothers me is my friend who is a fake vegetarian. She whispers an order to my friend, getting a chicken burger, and when we get to her house she basically hid behind her husband to eat it. lol. I have never once said I cared about others eating meat, she knows my bf is the biggest meat eater ever, lol. I just think it was ridiculous but I never said anything about it. If she wants to feels the need to hide that she eats meat, that's her malfunction.
the food chain never involved large factory farms, steroids to make animals overgrow, and forced reproduction.doesnt sound very natural too me.if you hunt all your own food then you can talk about what is natural, but there is nothing unnatural about not eating from a factory farm.
I don't wear suede or fur, but I wear leather shoes.
a canine's digestive system is not meant to have a vegan diet. you are forcing your dog to adapt to a cruelty free life, in turn assimilating an animal into an unnatural way of life.they are from the order, carnivora... carnivore... ahem. meat eater.the problems:-there stomachs cannot convert plant vitamins to vitamins there bodys need for natural living.-a dog cannot get vitamin b12 through anything other then a nother animal, humans can just eat plants or take vitamins, that will not work with a dog. dogs do not digest synthetic vitamins like humans will.-they have a short intestinal tract, cant digest large ammounts of plants and grainseliminating plants from a dogs diet because of your own personal philophies is a little bit counter-productive as it is detromental to your dogs health.EDIT: that was not meant to offend and be bitchy torwards you and how you live but rather help ur dog out.
I'm vegan. I really hate when people invite me places then say "oh wait, you can't eat..." I don't care if I'm not invited, but I hate the misconception that vegetarians/vegans don't eat! I just don't consider salads a complete meal and would much rather prepare my food myself. None of the people that claim I don't eat ever watch me eat, and let me tell you, I'm not exactly a stereotypical health nut vegan. Ha.I just can't imagine eating an animal, who has feelings like me or my pets. I basically don't even eat the fake stuff anymore either - it was good for transitioning, but I'm a little more creative with my meals now. Plus, I prefer less processed stuff. You know, if I want to pretend I'm healthy. Haha.
i am its almost 2 years
but i used to be bigger.. and then i stopped eating meat because it tastes yuck and then i got thinner.. so yeah i think being veggie keeps me thin. but also, since i gave up meat i stayed at 5 ft 2... RUBBISH!

I'm too!To my mind "death for no reason is murder"(c)
I dont see the appeal.I love salad. But id much rather tuck into a burger.
i've been a vegetarian since 2005 :) i don't like meat, but i respect others opinions.
yeah i can see why, you do need the extra protein!
