Hey everyone,

So I've had this basic black pencil skirt from AA for awhile now.

edit: ARGH, I can't get the image to work. Copy and paste: img55.imageshack.us/img55/2197/serveaspmediarsa7303bla.jpg

Everytime I put it on, I feel like I look too dressy overall.

So my QUESTION is, what would you pair this skirt with to make it casual enough to go to class in?

I'm thinking flat sandals, and some kind of non-form fitting top to tuck half in. But I'd love to hear more suggestions.

Keep in mind, I live in Arizona, so the temperatures right now are in the 100s!

Thanks so much :)

since it's a very basic skirt, I think you could pair anything casual with it to dress it down. like a tee shirt, maybe a screen print one or something. Just probably not a blouse.

I uploaded it to imageshack, and it works, but I can't get the image to show up in this post. And I know I'm using the correct html..

Good point...I think that is why I always come off too dressy with that skirt haha, because I like blouses. I will try a tee shirt :)

and for shoes you could do flats, or even Keds or Converse. it depends on your style, but that's how I would dress it down :)
