CHEESE. PUT ALL THE CHEESE ON THE PIZZA.
I've also been into olives and onions, lately. And magarita pizzas are also pretty tasty.
And Mellow Mushroom makes a delicious one, the Kosmic Karma: sun dried tomatoes, spinach, feta, roma tomatoes, and pesto.

i'm happy with cheese and green olives but if i'm paying for a gourmet one, artichokes, peppers, spinach and aubergines also need to be in there

Tomato paste, all veg, anchovies, no meat or cheese. I eat meat & cheese but for some reason I prefer pizza without them, didn't realise until I tried it

Lately, grilled chicken, green peppers, and black olive. Used to do pepperoni, but, discovered that the pork content in sausage can sometimes affect my arthritis. Sometimes badly enough that I wind up in bed for almost a month (like what happened last year).

olives, red onions, gorgonzola, garlic and maybe some fried bacon or prosciutto.
other than that i'll always like a straight up margharita with a good tomatosauce, and lots of it.

Loads of mushrooms, olives, pesto, mature cheddar or mozerella. Perhaps shrimp if I'm near the sea.
