I love to shop so much, esp. online shopping. Any idea how to restrain it or how to limit yourself from doing that? >.<

As money has gotten tighter lately, I made a rule. If I don't LOVE the piece, and can't see myself wearing it on at least three separate occasions in different situations, then I can't buy it. I think you'll be surprised how many purchases this rules out ;)
Best way to buy less stuff: don't go shopping. Don't even look in the windows. For internet shopping, don't go on the internet. I've been spending too much time on the computer so I've been cutting down, and it's actually really great. Get off the computer a bit.
Put aside money each month for clothing and then just shop once a month without your bank card just take the money youve saved. Trust me you will still be able to buy clothes you just wont spend anymore than you have enough for.
Buy some goods with good quality which can be used for a long time ,don't buy the very cheap things.
I agree with Rose-If you`e not in love with it,then just don`t!You have to think long and hard how much wear you`re going to get out of it?! :) X

Dont take enough money with you if you go shopping and leave ur credit card at home..at some points ur gonna hate yourself for that, but afterwards ur happy you got money left over!
I've had to cut down a lot recently, and I love online shopping! I have helped myself mostly by cutting down real life shopping. I rarely by anything anymore out in malls / boutiques. The past couple of months, there was only one day I really let loose. I've had my sights set on earning and saving for next year as opposed to spending now. Though there are lots of things I want, I want to start to become more independent financially, so I've been using my money towards saving for rent and food. If I save this summer and cut on purchases, I can have a little pocket change next year to buy things :]! Have goals, and go for quality. It helps.
Just don't go into shops or look at online shoppingor don't buy anything if you do, go home and think. It's really not that hard.Self control is a good virtue that should be practiced.
