The best sales in summer tend to start early in July.
However, because of the recession - there are a lot of shops that have very good deals on, even now.
I have been to a lot of pop-up shops recently - big name retailers and designers hire a temporary shop or warehouse for a weekend and everything is cut by 50%, 60% 75% - it's great!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy your time here. Summer is the best time to come.
