Chanelle Laurence and Stephanie Liu’s Valley High x HoneyNSilk Coachella pre-game party provided a much coveted oasis in the midst of the usual music festival chaos. It was Valley High’s very first event and Chanelle felt Coachella would be the perfect opportunity to showcase their new summer collection. Meanwhile, Stephanie was interested in hosting a new blogger event series #honeynfriends. The girls – who often collaborate together on a multitude of projects – rented a beautiful mod-style house in Palm Springs, a beacon to minimalist architecture and simplistic desert living, to cooperatively present their latest endeavors to festival-going friends.

The gathering was deliberately intimate and quaint, serving up “Keishagria” (a special mix by their close friend Keisha) and delicious Ziobaffa wine. The gifting suite was filled with Valley High products as well as a collection of super fun summer party toys – a Podigy orb for surround-sound music, MJB festival-inspired jewelry, Free People flower tattoos, Kitsch bun pins and Keratin Complex texturizing sugar mist for that tousled beach babe look. Filled with familiar faces, old and new, the Valley High house garnered an amazing turn out – and it’s only the first of many more!
