Founded in early 2014 by Joshua Alan Clark, Solstizio di Moda has become the premiere fashion blog and male personal style blog from Puerto Rico due to it's appeal to an international audience with it's bilingual outreach.
Joshua Alan Clark wears different titles: fashion blogger, fashion stylist, freelance writer, creative director, actor and singer/song-writer. Since the age of 16, an active member of the communication and entertainment industry. Joshua has worked among top names in the local industry: Álvaro Aponte Centeno, the first Puerto Rican director nominated for a Cannes Film Festival - Gold Palm award; Kacho López Marí, Latin Grammy nominated director renown for his work in Banco Popular's "Con Sabor A Puerto Rico" and with artists such as Ricky Martin, Calle 13, Tego Calderon, among others; FameStar Productions, known for their productions alongside top LatinAmerican artists such as Luis Fonsi, Prince Royce, and Ken-Y (from duo Rakim & Ken-Y). Most recently, working directly for the producer, Michael Gallant (The Perfect Game), and executive producer, Michelle Manning (The Breakfast Club), on the production of DisneyChannel Original Movie: Teen Beach 2.
Growing within the fashion industry as a blogger and a stylist, in September, Joshua visited New York for the celebration of New York Fashion Week where Stella Nolasco and Luis Antonio became the two first Puerto Rican designers to present at Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week. Between attending various runway shows, he also became the first Puerto Rican stylist to pull current collection pieces straight from the showrooms of top luxury designers for a published magazine editorial. As of January 2015, Joshua will reside and continue to grow and develop himself within the fashion industry in New York.
