This is my Halloween costume, an attempt at replicating the distressed "good guy" doll outfit as seen in "Bride of Chucky."
The overall process took about 22 hours spread over the course of two weeks.
The shoes were bought in plain white, and hand painted to replicate the red/white striped shoes that Chucky wears.
The shoelaces were handpainted (both front and back) to showcase the "good guy" logo on them.
The Shirt was taken from a factory made Chucky costume, cut out of the seams, and then hemmed. Afterwards, i cut the shirt to replicate the cuts from the film, and stitched it back together.
The overalls were bought at an army surplus store, and reconstructed by hand to fit more like Chucky's overalls do in the film. I used the excess fabric from the shirt to sew onto the cuffed bottoms of the overalls. The "good guy" logo was handpainted, as were the individual "good guy" accessory designs. The overalls were then cut to match the shirt, sewn and safety pinned. After 3 coats of paint, the designs on the overalls were all traced in sharpie, and the costume was ready to go!
