Today was beautiful.
I've had a lot on my mind recently. So I did what I normally do when I need to breath. I went for a bike ride. My bike's name is Delaney by the way. I named her after a Jack's Mannequin song. She is very special to me. I think you would like her a lot. Anyway, my journey with miss Delaney was much needed. The temperature was perfect and the way the sun danced on the water and beamed through the tree branches calmed me. It helped me view things from a simpler perspective.
