I knew that yoga had the amazing power to #relax your body and #soul but I also thought that yoga was not really a workout but only meditation…

I #feel really calm and peaceful afterwards. But to #feel that way you must forget about your daily problems while doing yoga otherwise it will just ruin the entire purpose. Normally, at the end of the workout, you just stay lying on the floor and close your eyes. I swear that this is my personal favorite moment because I feel how all the stretching from yoga relaxed my body and since I disconnected form the real #world for a #couple of minutes, my mind is peaceful and I feel ready to rise above my problems or insecurities.
