This is the most loveliest dress and outfit!
I have always hated "bowler hats" in outfits. This is the first time I have seen "the bowler hat" used in a way that i find absolutely stunning!
I am too happy about this look. And I am also DEVASTATED that my heart belongs to another. So I will wait till tomorrow when my next heart comes! YAY!
