This is my interpretation of the Cheshire Cat from Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. It draws inspiration from the pink and purple tones of Disney's 1951 film but the overtly creepy nature from Tim Butron's adaptation. The outfit itself is incredibly simple, consisting of a long-sleeved catsuit that creates the streamlined manner of a cat in an almost trippy print like the character himself. I created 'cat ears' by putting my hair in two high buns that I sprayed pink with coloured hairspray then I used makeup in tones of black, purple, pink and white to create my face.
