Hey guys! So in today's post I want to share my fitness routine and the steps I take to stay healthy! I am a curvy girl and I have a very low metabolism - just looking at a cookie makes me gain 5 pounds! Over the last few months I've slowly been losing weight by making a couple of changes.
Just remember that it takes time to lose weight, don't get discouraged, stay consistent.
I had to learn the hard way that extreme diets and workout plans simply don't work for me, after all that effort I would just gain it all back twice as fast. If you stay consistent and be patient, not expecting to see results right away give it a little time and then you WILL see progress. I have seen some gradual improvements and I still have a long journey to get to my goal weight. The important thing is that I am not torturing myself with extreme diets that make me feel unhappy and insane workout challenges that leave me making me feel sick.
