Hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day! My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate it 2 days early since this holiday falls on a Tuesday this year.
This is our first Valentine's Day together and I couldn't be any more excited about this day! I have been waiting my entire life to celebrate this day with someone special. I always dreamed of loving someone so much and going all out for them on this day. I have always wanted to pour all of my love towards someone that deserved it. I have always been the type of girl who wears her heart on her sleeve and gave it away to people that definitley did not deserve it. They didn't care too much for romantic gestures and I always felt like they never appreciated it.
Finally I found someone that I can be 100% myself around and appreciates the thought in effort that I put into things. He adores me just as much as I adore him and we love doing nice things for each other. We just love making each other feel loved in any way that we can. Big or small. Any opportunity to make my James smile is one that I always take because I just love him so much! Thank you sweetheart if you're reading this (which I know you always do) for spoiling me and making me feel like a princess!
On our Valentine's Day after I got out of the shower I was surprised with a clean room, 3 batches of roses, 5 cards, and gifts all waiting for me on our bed. What a sweetie he is! He got me red, white, and pink roses. The cards were not only cute but punny as well like the one that says "Yoda one for me" just cracked me up laughing! Now let's get on with the gifts. James got me Japanese mayo because I don't shut up about how good it is. Guys, it is the best mayo ever. Just try it and you'll know what I'm saying! I got a bottle of Sparkling Rosé because it's my favorite. The red dress I am wearing in this photo was a gift as well and I picked it up the day before from Mango. And last but not least I got these really cute Kate Spade sandals! Thank you sweetie!
For James I made him a HUGE card with 100 reasons why I love him. He loved it so much that it made him cry. It takes some time to make but trust me, guys love this kind of stuff! I also got him chocolate from New Zealand, one of his most favorite ciders, and a board game.
Afterwards we got brunch at Cafe Salivation which is one of my most favorite places to eat in Singapore. Then we saw 50 Shades Darker which was actually a really cute movie despite what other people think and say. And to end the night, James and I had a romantic Champagne and Chocolate toast on the Singapore Flyer.
