Headed to Beverly Hills to celebrate a very special birthday, my boyfriends. I of course spoil him whenever I can. The one thing he loves almost the same as me is meat. So I took him to the only place he can truly experience that, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. He had never been there so it was the perfect place to take him for his birthday. And let me tell you... it didn't disappoint. After having a divine dinner we headed over to Rodeo Drive. It actually is quite nice at night when there isn't a tourist in sight. I got the whole Chanel store to myself.
Starting with my favorite piece of this entire outfit, this satin pink mini skirt by Tobi is to die for. It is so flattering on and fits very well. I love the color as well as the lightweight airiness feel when wearing this piece. Because I wanted the skirt to be the main star of this outfit, I kept it simple up top with a cropped sweater from Forever 21. This basic is really great to have when you plan on wearing high waisted bottoms. For shoes I wore my very special Valentino Rockstud pumps. These are the perfect special occasion heels to wear when you want to feel glamorous. They tied in perfectly with my top. Lastly, I carried my YSL wallet on chain bag. This is the perfect bag for night time! I keep it simple and carry only what I need, such as my phone, card holder, lipstick and keys. I'm hands free the entire night. This the chain on this bag also photographs very beautiful.
The night couldn't have ended up more perfect and special for the both of us. This outfit let me play dress up by mixing high-end and low-end fashion together. The perfect match as always is balance.
