While you’ll definitely need to add tights and a coat to this look if you live in a cooler climate, this skirt and top is perfect by itself here in LA. If you’ve been reading for awhile, you probably already know how obsessed I am with Storets and this ruffled sleeve top was on my wish list for awhile.
