Hello my dears!
Today's posting is about a statement my mom made this weekend. This really made me think about it days after!
Namely, she said during a conversation over the weekend about animal welfare, or better said, voiced and questioned whether it is not better as a vegetarian or vegan, not only instead of the real use the fake fur, but entirely on animal Pattern and fake fur to give up. In particular, it was about my fake fur coat in leopard print.
At first I spoke vehemently against her because in my opinion this statement is not relevant; an animal print is simply beautiful per se and should be worn with pride. So at first I did not understand what my mom meant exactly.
But when I thought about it a few days later, I realised what she meant:
- Is it okay to pretend to be wearing an animal fur? Is it that you can see it clearly, that it is not real or that you really have to look twice, if it is a fake?
- What is the intention behind wearing a Fake Fur - with or without print?
These are - maybe at first glance - really weird, strange questions. But there is somehow something true and yet a bit to questioning!
Well ... now just to my outfit 😉
Here I am wearing a wonderfully warm and soft sweater from H&M, including my LYVEM blouse with the great bell sleeves. And my Leo-print skirt is also from my beloved label LYVEM.
In order not to freeze, I wrapped my legs in warm over-knees 🙌🏼😄
And now it's your turn 👍
Maybe you are also thinking about this statement 😊 what is your position? Let me know, I'm very curious.
