If you follow me on instagram, you already know what my morning looks like because I talked about it briefly in a caption. It’s too important to just skim though so we’re going to discuss it more in depth here. As you know, I’m all about self improvement so I’m constantly seeking ways to level up. That to me means learning as much as possible from books, people, podcasts, you name it.
After seeing Hal Elrod on Impact Theory – if you don’t know already, that’s my favorite youtube series/podcast – I decided to purchase his book, “The Miracle Morning.” I had high expectations, but it wasn’t as good as I thought it’d be. I did, however, love his idea of S.A.V.E.R.S for an AM ritual. This acronym stands for silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading and scribing. It’s all pretty straightforward, but if you need clarification, silence is meditation and scribing is journaling.
