I don't think its written very well, it doesn't flow.. The only actual book I like out of the 4 is the first one, its probably the only interesting one because you get introduced into almost everything, after that I lost interest although I have read them all.... but that was during the OMG TWILIGHT phase.

Eugh. Please. Sorry to be abit of a literature snob, but personally I cannot regard "Twilght" as literature. It is merely another story about humans and mythical creature; lacking meaning and social importance. I really don't understand how novels like this are so popular when they are so boring. If you want to read a good story about the vampire myth, read "Dracula".

(This is only my opinion, please don't start to slate me)

I read all four books, it was catchy and I was able to read one book in a few hours. But i really didn't like it and I was thinking to myself what a crap the books are. The autor ruined vampires stories (they're sparkling! WTF?!). Night creatures living thanks to dinking human blood were walking in the middle of the day and acting like normal people...And the worst of all there is not any ACTION! I felt like it was 90210 with vampires ("Let's make a deal" "We can talk about it" ...blah blah blah). Honestly, the worst books I've ever read (buying that saga was the worst thing I could spend my money on). Well, a few months later movie showed up and that 'twilight madness" started to rule the world.

It wasn't meant to be literature, it's a pop culture thing meant to target tweens and make shitloads of money. It succeeded.

i like the books...i don't know why but i do
i never tought that vampires are scary and (that)dark as the myth was...and than twilight supported my idea of an vampire (without the gay sparkle thing...that's just stupid and just not ok)

I read all the books... and I have to say, it's complete BS. >_>

Seriously, have you read the fourth book? I want it in movie form, unedited, uncensored. I want to see Robert Pattison screw Kristen Stewart into a bed so hard that it splinters and break and explodes. And then I want to see him rip open her uterus with his teeth. JUST LIKE IN THE BOOK.

The whole bookserie is really good, and i enjoyed reading it.
I think that it has become "in" to hate twillight. A lot of people never even read the books, but keep criticizing it.
The movies sucks, yeah. And i can't stand the twillight groupies. But the books are great!

To be honest, I've read all four books and even seen the first movie. After watching the movie I finally realized what kind of book it was ... it's nothing more than a repeat of the same story that every other teen-geared author uses. Sweet.

Anywho... here's this educational video.

I love it with all my heart ♥ And not just because it's a big hit, the moments when I was really sad I used to take one of the books, open on a random page and read it, I used to feel safe. So I don't give a damn if other people think it's bad, I like it, if you don't than don't waiste your time saying bad things about it...

listened o about the first 20 minutes of the audiobook. Turned it off after hearing "I wonder if his jacket stilled smelled as good as it did the previous night [dramatic pause] It smelled better!"

(this might be paraphrased, but the point does get across I guess)
