Do you ever get told your a certain 'type' of person?
Like 'You seem the type of person to do suchandsuch'

For me I get told all the time that I look like the type of people who is vegetarian. How do you LOOK like a vegetarian?
And another one is when people find out I have my nipple pierced they often say, 'You don't seem the type...'

What 'type' of person do people assume you are?

people seem surprised to know I'm a computer programmer. and that I successfully seduced my drum teacher.
well, most people don't know that, but I bet they'd be surprised...

People always assume that I'm a fob that came from India and that I don't know how to speak english, and If I do know how then I probably have the thick accent.

That, and most people think I'm a Bitch because I always give off an intimidating vibe. They also assume that I'm shy and don't speak out at all.

All of these are untrue. Especially the first one.

I've been told that I look like a real bitch. I'm really not, but I think my face just says bitch because I've gotten in quite a bit?

I met someone who was convinced I must be Swedish, because apparently I looked Swedish... weird.

People assume I'm a rebellious stoner who sleeps around.

I like being labeled . It's really fun to see how the complexe human mind is , and how weird thougts they have.
In my case , people take me as either very stupid either intellectual&picky . Of course , I prefer the stupid etiquette because it's easier to live/cope with it and it's really amusing when you get to prove the contrary ,and also because being intellectual intimidates almost everyone.

People always think I'm stupid just because I'm not that eloquent, I do stumble on my words a lot and I am dyslexic, but read one of my philosophy essays and tell would see differently!

My friend was so mad when I did better than her in philosophy, she just continued telling everyone that she did best in the class, because she was too embarrassed to say that I did better than her.

That's so mean of her! People just never look at me and think "Oh she's smart" I tend to assert it on people though once I get talking to them.

Also, people think because I have short bleached blonde hair (it's all quite grown out not though) that I have this big interest in hair and really care about how mine looks. I cut it off so I didn't have to worry about it all the time!

Strangers often assume I'm an art student.
People I work with are always shocked to see me in a pair of heels, or anything remotely fashionable. Um yes I have to wear steel toes and a t-shirt and filthy jeans at work, do you REALLY think I dress like that all the time?
Most of my friends are surprised that I like Lady Gaga because "it doesn't seem like your type of music." Fuck off, I'll listen to whatever I damn well please.

Since I moved for school I constantly have people look at me and try to guess what school I'm going to, usually they start with the performing arts school, and their second guess is usually the right one haha. People always seem to think I'm the most innocent little thing also. Just cause I'm dainty, shy and have rosy cheeks haha.

I hate that, people judging you by what you wear at WORK. At every job I've had so far I've dressed terribly, scruffy shoes, jeans, because I don't want to ruin my nice clothes!

But now I'm trying to get an office job, and they won't look at you unless you have all the officey clothes, so now I've got loads of smart clothes that cost me a bomb, and no job :(

with different people I fall into contrastive categories
People who read my things online seem to think I'm interesting funny and have lovely authorization

and when judged by looks in the street
people assume I'm a vain, posh, self absorbed rich mess before one word is spoken to me
oh, and people assume I'm a heavy tea and coffee drinker, which they always get right ^-^

only close people will understand I'm a bewildered lovely innocent heavily misjudged and can make people smile instantly kinda person ♥

Everyone in middle school thought I was bisexual or a lesbian. At that point, I'd made out with a guy so it's not like they had much evidence.

I suppose I look like the artsy type.

And I've shed the "type" a little bit, but I used to be perceived as entirely innocent in every respect. Little did they know I thrive on sarcasm with a twinge of vulgarity, I smoked pot before many of my peers, and so on.

Everyone also thinks I'm really honest. I guess that's not really a type, but whenever a teacher would doubt something in elementary school about what the class did, they'd go to me for an answer. And still, if people want someone to admit something, they go to me. I'm not sure that made much sense, but supposedly I'm ridiculously honest.

they either assume i'm a rich, conceited bitch or they think i'm the shy, introvert kind of girl.
the first one isn't true at all, but i may come off reserved, but if you knew me, you wish i were quiet :D

apparently, i'm innocent looking......a bit posh,i look very healthy (what ever that is) , i come across as reserved and i look like i 'cost money',
when really i'm the complete opposite.
apparently i'm definitely not the type to smoke weed, drink alcohol like water, or to get up to very very naughty,'bad' things...e.c.t.
i always seem to surprise people...

I always get that I'm the super smart type.
And even though I'm not exactly stupid, I'm not exactly the smartest star in the sky.

And they get surprised when they find out I used to have really long hair and lots of piercings and that I love tattoos and scary stuff. Because they didn't think I'm the type of guy who likes piercings or "stuff" like that. haha
