I always get a bit teary at the part in Little Miss Sunshine when Dwayne finds out he's colour-blind, because watching people who are upset or crying always makes me cry. I love that film so much :)

I'll say, Eraserhead is the perfect first date movie because you can tell everything about a person just by gauging their reactions to it.

The Seventh Seal is great, but I wouldn't call it sad.....I found parts of it to be funny.

I'm not big on crying when it comes to movies, but I have to say that Grave of the Fireflies was definitely a tear jerker.
And even though it wasn't a sad movie, I got teary during Up!

You know the part where Sebastian and Annette are in her room, and Sebastian tells her it was all just a game and that he didn't love her? I almost cried. It was so sad.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Changeling. I cried almost the whole time, in the theater, heh. Then there's My Sister's Keeper, but I can't really remember anything else. Into the Wild was devastating.

oh i know, it made me cry even more because Into The Wild was a true story.
At the end of the movie i was weeping for like 20 minutes and then when i finally stopped i explained to my friend why it was so sad because she didn't get it and i started crying again.

I can't believe no one's mentioned Life is Beautiful!

It's an italian movie (you'll need english subs, obviously), but it is BY FAR the SADDEST movie I have ever seen. So incredibly cute in the beginning. So heart wrenching in the end.

You MUST watch this :)

It's about how this dad (really funny) meets his wife, and then it's about how the dad and his boy (who is THE cutest thing ever) get through a concentration camp.

oh my goodness
go wattchh ittttttt
