Hey guys. Since I am a member of Lookbook, I am wondering why almost everyone on here is sooo amazingly skinny?! I mean, how do they/you guys do that? It's soo unfair, I'm totally jealous..
Would be great if you could give me an answer.
Thanks by now! (:

@Melis Ö.

From what she's said, that is how she looks naturally. Different people have different body types and chances are, the way you look now is how you're supposed to look and you probably won't change w/o doing something unhealthy. You clearly don't need to lose weight.

You're just going to get a lot of negative responses because we're all tired of seeing this thread (I mean, there's one right below this one that says "skinny people").

edit: oh look another one that's about losing weight, what a surprise.

This is so unnecessary, honestly you just see the skinny girls because they're who people hype.
I guess the reason the skinny topics bother me at least is because if you're not naturally very thin, it's clearly not your body type so there should really be more threads about loving various types. Any healthy body type can look great, and there is such a wide range of what is healthy for each individual.
For example, I have a thirteen inch difference between my thinnest and widest parts of my body, am 5'5," weigh 125lbs and used to suffer from an eating disorder at about 105-110lbs - I'm so much more happy now than I was then that I wish everyone who's jealous of all the naturally skinny girls could just take a step back and realize how great they look too with their own natural body.

I love you for saying that! I'm not going to lie, I'm le chubz, and to be honest, I'm one of the happiest most optimistic people I know! A person's size doesn't define them.

I don't understand how you're saying "It's so unfair that these people are skinny" because -clearly-, you're slim too... It's kind of like when people say "Ugh I'm sooo fat!" just to get others to say "No! You're skinny!" I don't know how you can also say that, because maybe it IS fair, maybe they work their asses off for the figures that they have. Maybe it's genetics, and they're just blessed, maybe they watch what they eat or don't eat at all, you don't know them so you can't really know for sure. But you can't say life's unfair because some people are slim, especially those who've worked so hard to get there.

I think that skinny people are associated with being more fashionable...I think the people with fuller figures don't get as much love so they aren't as visible.

Oh and people who are skinny look better in clothes. Not saying that fat people are ugly, just that skinny people look better in clothes.

Just yeah

That's exactly why I find people who are not naturally skinny and maybe a bit curvier way more interesting, fashion wise. It's easy to look good when you're skinny, probably anything will look good on you. I've had saddlebags as long as I can remember, when I was underweight and now, having "normal" weight. I think it's more inspirational to see how people are wearing things that will work for their body type.

A lot of the people on lookbook are models, I think it is part of it. A lot of it is also natural body type, the outfit itself, also how the photo is taken and edited.

There are still some sizeable people with forms and I am happy to see them in my news line. What means I am not the only one with extra weight) unfortunately I am suffering from obesity since childhood so it's hard to loose weight without drinking harmful meds

Because it's an untold rule of Lookbook governed by the Laws and Regulations of the great Versache' Empire!!! If the Versache' Empire and it's fashion dictatorship followers tells me I can't pull off a particular look, including wearing spandex leggings and jeggings and wearing leotards just because I have a little bit of a belly and a plump, round behind, which is hereditary, btw, then tough shit on them and their lust for rail-thin flat bootyless types!!!
