autocorrect can be a bugger. tell us what autocorrect has changed in your messages so that it no longer makes sense? my phone thinks that when i type in the word face, i really mean dave or gave. so i told someone that i washed my dave with honey and toothpaste last night. that sounded a bit dodgy. anyone else?

My boyfriend's name is Tony, and every time I type in Tony, it autocorrects to Toby or tiny.
I don't think I've ever needed to type Toby or tiny at all for it to autocorrect.

My phone always scares me when it suggests words. For example when I type "Next year I'll go to" it suggests actual places I've mentioned before. It's cool and creepy at the same time :D

With autocorrect it's hard to share any stories here as most of my texts are in German obviously. But two years ago on Christmas Day I sent someone a message saying that we had goose for lunch. The German word for goose is Gans. My phone changed it to Hans which is a name. Autocorrect made me a cannibal :D

@Liza L.

One of my close friend's first language is German, and since I can speak a fair amount of German, I text her in German.

Even when I have the German keyboard as my primary on my phone, I get really weird auto corrects, like "genau" for some reason will always auto correct to "Geneva". And, "wie" always goes to "Wie".
Not as bad as almost being a cannibal, but it's definitely frustrating.
