I was wondering what can I do to upgrade my old school bag, so I thought about spikes. But don't you guys think it is already old-fashioned? If you have a better idea please let me know ><

Maybe spray it metallic or put glitter on it

haha you could spray it with paint or paint it with nail polish like Carrie Bradshaw's bag in the Carrie Diaries. personally, i'm not a fan of spikes, but I do know my peers at school enjoy spiked bags so if you think that's the way to go, then go for it! Just do what you like, after all, it's your bag. :)

well, you could bleach your school bag. If you bleach it in the right way I'll obtain a very cool and stylish result. However, it is not easy to bleach so make sure you try it on a piece of black cloth to see which color comes out. Different types and brands of bleach create different nuances.

hope you like the idea, but most important of all is... your schoolbag should reflect your style!
so whatever you put on it: glitter, spikes, bleach or paint it's fine as long as you like it.

old fashioned? Spikes are been used for ages now, just because of the fact that there is a moment when they are on top of fashion scene, doesn't mean after that they won't be able to be used again because you would look so last season. If you like spikes go ahead and use them! I love backpacks with a punky style.
It's not about what's in or what's out, it's about how you style it.

i hate spikes so it doesn't appeal to me. but if you think you shouldn't based on what's in fashion. don't. ignore that, if you want to have a bag with spikes, go for it
